Julian Pennington Bsc Dipsurv FNAEA is Managing Director of Real World Energy Solutions and Director of Pennington Surveyors Ltd a property management and consultancy firm in Ipswich, Suffolk.
Having spent the last 8 years advising and acting for clients in the purchase, disposal management and valuation of commercial and residential property Julian has built up a wealth of experience and qualifications as a property consultant.
Working as a property manager and consultant Julian recognised the need for an organisation that specialised in making buildings energy efficient and developed Real World Energy Solutions to meet this need.
In addition to advising clients Julian has been instrumental in the planning, management and strategic growth of Pennington Surveyors which is now one of the leading companies of its type in the area.
Julian also enjoys a very busy home life married to Caroline and has three very young children including non identical twins. He is a keen sportsman and this year competed in 4 triathlons and enjoys diving, tennis, golf and skiing when time allows.
