Real World Energy Solutions is a company that started in April 2008 as a result of two business people realising how difficult it is to co-ordinate all the various expertise required to improve energy efficiency in buildings and business in a cost effective manner.

We therefore created a company that specialises in all the elements of energy efficiency and allows us to provide our clients with a clear idea of what can be done and the practical ability to do it.

Real World Energy Solutions is headed by Julian Pennington who comes from a commercial property background and Richard Neall Chief Executive of SEH Group Ltd.

Real World Energy Solutions is part of the SEH Group Ltd. which is a large construction group that has a turnover of in excess of £130m a year.

Will Sambrook who specialises in Behavioural and Cultural Change and training has developed a number of specialist programmes to help our clients ensure both buildings and business are operated in an energy efficient way by helping to engender a culture of energy efficiency throughout organisations.
